About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support Team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring that their products and services are up and running smoothly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, provide training and documentation to clients, and develop and maintain technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide high-quality technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions. Respond to client queries and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize client tickets, ensuring that all issues are resolved within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation to support client onboarding and ongoing support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, AWS S3, Airflow or orchestration tools, Spark, and scripting languages such as Python, Scala, and Shell Script.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT projects and client support, preferably in a similar role.
