Compliance Expert

We're seeking a skilled Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring we maintain the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities across various laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective testing programs to design and execute comprehensive risk management strategies.
  • Communicate progress and findings to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Lead conversations with senior stakeholders and train colleagues to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and contribute to presentations to senior leadership.
  • Develop remediation plans to address findings and detect emerging regulatory risks or impending legislation.

As a Compliance Expert, you will exemplify strength in enterprise thinking, setting the agenda, bringing others with you, and doing it the right way.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or a related field within a financial institution.
  • Good academic qualifications with experience in compliance or legal, preferably with Anti-Money Laundering knowledge.
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, or individuals with certifications in audit are preferred.
