Global Workforce Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver measurable results in global workforce deployments across APAC, US, and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently meet client expectations, and demonstrate success in scaling deployments across geographies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients across regions to deliver accurate and timely staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor network to achieve high fill rates and reduced time-to-fill cycles.
  • Manage the full consultant lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, engagement, extension, roll-off, and redeployment.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, documentation, and local labor laws across multiple geographies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, client stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and time zones, and demonstrate negotiation, contract management, and vendor development expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/HR specialization is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in reducing average time-to-fill cycles, driving high utilization and redeployment metrics, and successfully managing multi-regional staffing programs.
  • Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms and experience working in staff augmentation for at least 5 years.
