Job Title: Financial Planning and Project Management Lead

  • Oversee project cost control initiatives to ensure overall expenditure aligns with approved financial plans.
  • Ensure timely funding of project commitments, collaborating with teams for comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Accurately account for project costs, asset capitalisation, inventory management, and common cost allocation.
  • Optimise state incentives, documentations, representations, transfer pricing for compliance in inter-company transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial planning and capitalisation: Ensure accurate accounting of element-wise and stream-wise project costs, common cost allocation, finalisation of transfer pricing for inter-company transactions, asset capitalisation.
  • Project financing: Partner with treasury and banking teams for ECA and debt financing at optimised costs.
  • Inventory management: Continuously monitor project inventory, collaborate with PMC's/sub-contractors, and conduct inventory reconciliations.
  • Incentive optimisation: Optimise state incentives, represent the company to the government, file documents and information as per policy, design systems aligned with incentive policies.
  • Risk management and compliance: Identify and assess financial risks, develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Policies, processes, and procedures: Create standard policies, processes, and procedures that align with business objectives, and monitor their implementation to ensure work is carried out in a controlled manner.
  • Team development: Mentor and develop respective teams to take on larger responsibilities and efficiently perform their roles.
