Job Summary

  • Manage a designated centre, overseeing outreach to schools, lead collection, calling, and admission.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centre and HO departments, including Sales and Marketing, Accounts and Finance, HR, Administration, and Academics.
Centre Operations:
  • Support the allotted centre in day-to-day business operations, coordinating with HO and various functions and departments.
Leadership Roles:
  • Have full authority over the sales and marketing staff of the allotted centre through the Centre Business Head or Business Partner.
Business Growth:
  • Be fully accountable for increasing the business generation of the centre through enhanced School Outreach, BTL activities, Marketing planning, and Seminars in the territory.
Visitation and Reporting:
  • Visit the allocated centre as required from time to time.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform any other work assigned from time to time as per management requirements.
