React Front-End Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced React Front-End Developer to lead the design and development of robust, responsive, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web standards and responsive design, with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js.

  • Design and develop complex web applications using React.js and its core principles.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
  • Implement state management using Redux, ensuring a predictable and efficient application state.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable web applications.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies and trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in React.js and related tools.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of professional experience as a React Front-End Developer or in a similar front-end development role.
  • Strong grasp of Object-Oriented JavaScript, design patterns, and software architecture best practices.
  • Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library is a plus.
