Senior Front-end Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Front-end Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of responsive front-end UI architecture for micro frontends.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern web development tools like ES6 / Babel, React, Node.js, NPM, Yarn, and Webpack. They should also have a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with knowledge of pre-processors and methodologies such as SMACSS and BEM.

You will collaborate with other technical domain experts such as cloud, security, SRE, and DevOps to ensure the design of a secure system. A good understanding of security aspects of frontend components is essential.

In addition, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure that the UI meets the needs of our users and is aligned with the overall product vision.

Awareness and understanding of headless architecture and experience working with headless or classic CMS platforms are highly desirable.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of responsive front-end UI architecture for micro frontends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI components with backend services and APIs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust and scalable UI architecture using NextJS / React JS as the primary technology.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure that the UI meets the needs of our users and is aligned with the overall product vision.

Requirements
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in modern web development tools like ES6 / Babel, React, Node.js, NPM, Yarn, and Webpack.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with knowledge of pre-processors and methodologies such as SMACSS and BEM.

  • Good understanding of security aspects of frontend components.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in React or similar stack, demonstrating strong proficiency.
