Job Title: Advanced Infrastructure Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow. We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, GRC, etc.) and strong knowledge of automation/orchestration functionalities. The ideal candidate will have strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of infrastructure solutions. They will be responsible for debugging issues, finding new ways of proactive monitoring to ensure platform stability, and clarifying requirements with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow development and implementation experience on ITSM or ITOM or SecOps or GRC modules.
  • Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists.
  • Experience on creation and customization of complex workflows and custom workflow activities.
  • Hands-on experience in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX, JSON, CSS.
  • Experience working with Performance Analytics, email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages.
  • AngularJS, Bootstrap, and service mapping expertise will be an added advantage.
  • Expertise on API integrations with other systems.
  • Flow designer expertise.
