Job Overview
Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Service Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar luxury spa and health club environment.

About the Role
As a Guest Service Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the spa reception, including managing guest bookings, appointment schedules, and retail sales. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area and spa common areas. Additionally, you will be required to answer telephone and email communications, and adhere to Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the spa reception according to Six Senses Spa standards.
  • Make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings and manage appointment cards or appointment schedules for the following day.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and spa concentrating on front of house areas.
  • Remove and replace towels and amenities in the spa common areas as needed.
  • Ensure retail is offered appropriately to the guests and retail area is set up as per standards.
  • Answer the telephone and email communications.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years' experience in a similar luxury spas and health clubs.
  • Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English; understanding that additional languages are preferred.


Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
