We are seeking a seasoned Futures Trader to oversee the management of firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across CME, CBOT, Comex, ICE, and CFE.

You will be expected to trade multiple products, not just single contracts, and take full responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating positive cash flow on a consistent basis with strict risk discipline.
  • Maintaining risk exposure within firm parameters through portfolio and risk management.
  • Continuously analyzing and adjusting strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data, researching new strategies.
  • Building and deploying systematic or semi-systematic trading strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years buy side trading in CME, CBOT, Comex, ICE, CFE futures at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or family office.
  • Demonstrated success in managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns.
  • Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Full accountability for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns.
  • Ability to adapt to different markets and trade contracts with different underlying assets.
  • Key skills: consistency, structured decision-making, and strict risk discipline.
