About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced UAT Test Leader to lead the User Acceptance Testing efforts for our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure that all business requirements are met, and the platform delivers a seamless user experience across web and mobile channels.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and product owners to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.
  • The role involves defining UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria, as well as developing UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities include overseeing creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements, ensuring coverage of critical eCommerce flows, tracking and analyzing defects, collaborating with development and QA teams for resolution, facilitating UAT sign-off and stakeholder alignment, and maintaining documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and payment gateways. Experience with Magento is required, and familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools is preferred. ISTQB, PMP, or similar certifications are also beneficial.

Preferred qualifications include 1+ years in UAT/Test Management roles for e-commerce platforms, experience in testing third-party integrations, knowledge of automation tools and frameworks, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
