Job Title: Medical Coder – Multispeciality

  • Role Overview: We are seeking experienced Radiology Medical Coders to accurately assign CPT, ICD-10-CM, Modifiers and HCPCS codes for diagnostic and Therapeutic radiology procedures.
  • About the Role: The ideal candidate will review and analyze radiology reports to assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes. They must ensure coding compliance in accordance with ACR, CMS, and payer guidelines.
  • Key Responsibilities: Code a variety of radiology modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiation oncology. Collaborate with radiologists, billing staff, and auditors to resolve coding discrepancies.
  • Requirements: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification. Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in radiology coding. In-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codes. Familiarity with payer-specific rules and LCD/NCD policies.
