Job Overview
This role involves accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to meet agreed service standards. You will work under the supervision of a Team Leader and perform administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Main Tasks
- Provide exceptional service to customers, funds, and stakeholders while adhering to quality and service standards.
- Complete daily financial processing within required service standards.
- Operational Management
- Offer superior customer service by meeting quality and service standards for funds, employers, and members.
- Process and complete all operations administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize business risks.
- Quality review work to reduce rework of tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
- Meet quality and productivity standards.
- Complete all transactions across funds as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries.
- Complete adjustments and investigations as instructed.
- Collaborate positively with others to achieve team goals.
Governance & Risk
- Comply with company policies, core values, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize any risk to the business.
- Create and maintain Business Process Manuals and develop training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
- Previous administration skills in data entry/high volume type roles, ideally in a financial service industry.
- Possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
- Sound knowledge of technical and compliance issues, understanding relevant policies and legislation.
