Senior Data Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in ETL/data warehousing and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable data pipelines using PySpark, Python, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Maintain and optimize existing data systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in data engineering.
  • High proficiency in writing idiomatic code, preferably in PySpark.
  • Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to work with unstructured datasets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Database management, Data structures & ETL development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services like Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.
