Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure that all tenant/client complaints are resolved on the same day.
  • Ensure that all necessary materials are procured and managed effectively.
  • Send daily reports to the facility team and designated JLL Key Accounts Manager.
  • Send monthly reports to the property manager and designated JLL Key Accounts Manager.
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify and address any breakdowns or issues.
  • Ensure that vendors are visiting the site regularly to monitor their staff.
  • Manage relationships with clients and key vendors.
  • Maintain site deployment and services in the most cost-effective way.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the RMZ/JLL Property Manager to review operational activities, pending complaints, and material requirements.
  • Perform regular rounds of individual towers and periphery areas.
  • Perform regular rounds of utility areas, plants, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all important information pertaining to the RMZ Ecospace is reported to the designated JLL Property Manager and operations team.
  • Review vendor billing and staff attendance on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure that the entire staff maintains a critical eye on all aspects of building physical care.
  • Update/notify the client of any modifications to operational and facility activities.
  • Ensure quality of staff, appraising, and developing them to ensure maximum contribution.
  • Maintain site accommodation and services in the most cost-effective way.
  • Ensure occupancy of sites complies with statutory legislation.
  • Ensure quality of staff, appraising, and developing them to ensure maximum contribution.
  • Interview, hire, supervise, and review qualified Property operation and management staff.
  • Ensure and guide the teams to maintain STP, WTP, Fire pump rooms, Diesel Generators.
  • Ensure to maintain all batteries properly in the system.
  • Ensure proper hassle-free operations of lifts and statutory documents are maintained.
  • Update and submission of things to do Tracker monthly.
  • Discussion of pending activities and client escalations.
  • Updating and circulation of Asset list monthly.
  • Updating and circulation of Statutory tracker, Form-G & Form-1 submission.
  • Monthly vendor evaluation.
  • Client Handing over and taking over.
