About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Manager to support our Ocean Operations team.

This role will serve as a key financial analyst providing insightful analysis, financial guidance, and decision support to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

  • The successful candidate will oversee a team of 6 finance professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance partner for the Ocean Operations providing Analysis on financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and investment decisions.

Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights run simulations gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials.
  • Supervise a team of 6 finance COE professionals for ocean market and ocean operation fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements

A strong blend of financial expertise and business acumen to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and add value to the business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is required.
