Job Description:

The Coffee Service Professional is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department. This includes exerting diligent financial process control, supporting team members to maximize guest satisfaction, and delivering a positive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will take responsibility for their duties and tasks, ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner. They will also deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.

As part of the team, they will collaborate with colleagues to control costs and inventory, achieve productivity and performance levels, and build effective working relationships. The Coffee Service Professional will also ensure adherence to legislation and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supports the smooth running of the food and beverage department
  2. Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort
  3. Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role
  4. Delivers on departmental plans and objectives
