Job Description:

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from initial design to handover.

You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality design and coordination with MEP and structure consultants, vendors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality construction documents for PMCs or site contractors
  • Coordinate with MEP and structure consultants, vendors on a regular basis and visit sites to ensure proper construction process till handover
  • Maintain documentation of all coordination
  • Mitigate delays, facilitate project team meetings and communications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputed college preferred
  • Proficiency in software's i.e. Auto-CAD
  • Experience on luxury residential buildings and hospitality preferred
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant experience of team handling
