Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering GenAI or LLM-based solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions. They will also build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.

Additionally, they will drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities. They will partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion, hybrid), prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms. They will champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance and compliance.

They will establish KPIs and deliver regular executive dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user skills.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, and model evaluation metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior work with agent frameworks or autonomous RPA orchestration.
  • Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe POPM.
