Lead Automation Tester

We are seeking a seasoned automation testing expert to lead our team in delivering high-quality test solutions. As an automation testing lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Test Automation Activities: Ensure the smooth execution of test automation activities across multiple projects.
  • Review and Approve Test Scripts: Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner or SME.
  • Mentor and Coach Engineers: Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Implement Best Practices: Implement best practices in test automation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with global healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years in Testing: 10+ years of experience in testing, with at least recent 5 years in test automation.
  • Test Automation Frameworks: Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Medical Devices Experience: Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Desktop-Based Automation: Hands-on experience in desktop-based automation on platforms (Windows based).
  • Script Review and Documentation: Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.
  • Global Healthcare Regulations: Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and experience interpreting and applying them in testing scenarios.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
