About this role:

As a key player in legal automation, you will have the opportunity to leverage industry-standard platforms like Relativity and iConect.

  • Responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, working with clients, and providing daily status reports and metrics to project managers.
  • You will be responsible for creating review, breach review, and QC workflows, as well as implementing these workflows.
  • Another key responsibility is performing QA on batches being released by team members, identifying error trends, and creating remedial actions.
  • You will also work with Team Leaders on queries and provide technical guidance to MDR and CIR TLs.
  • Additional responsibilities include creating STRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, running analytics for projects, and monitoring hourly productivity metrics.
  • You will be accountable for the quality and productivity of projects.

Requirements:

  • This role requires an attorney with experience as an APM for at least 1+ years and total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years.
  • A background in legal support/technical assistance is required.
  • Tech-savviness including SharePoint and Advanced Excel skills are necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements is expected.
