Spa Treatment Specialist Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our spa services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments, facials, and pedicures to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skin and body concerns, ensuring that each client receives personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all clients.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Cosmetology or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in spa treatments and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, skincare, and cosmetology principles, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time on-site role, working Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
