Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. To excel in this position, the candidate should possess confidence when communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust an approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing designs and layouts for various projects
  • Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address clients' needs
  • Presentation preparation (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients
  • Create quotes for clients and ensure all workflow steps are followed
  • Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in a related field, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong creative and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently
