Interior Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead our design team in delivering high-end interior projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of spatial planning, AutoCAD drafting, and technical drawing. They will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and collaborating with contractors to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning: Develop creative and functional interior designs that meet client needs and expectations.
  • AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings: Prepare precise 2D plans, working drawings, and construction details.
  • Design Detailing & Material Selection: Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suitable for luxury interiors.
  • Décor & Styling: Curate final styling elements, including soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork.
  • Project Supervision & Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Present design ideas, collect feedback, and modify plans accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural understanding.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
  • Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management skills.
