Key Responsibilities:

  • To convert high-level documents from source to target language, maintain the style and tone of the original content.
  • Craft relevant financial data through primary and secondary research methodologies.
  • Ensure accurate, comprehensive, and timely responses to internal and external queries.
  • Guarantee the quality of translated materials through rigorous review processes.
  • Create and update glossaries, dictionaries, and translation memories for consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop language-specific style guides based on project requirements.
  • Meet predefined targets and deliver results with quality and excellence.
  • Stay updated on the latest translation and research guidelines and policies.

Fundamental Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the specified language (Russian) and English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • At least two years of experience as a translator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the specified language (Russian).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial subject matter, concepts, and terms.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and possess attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Capacity to interact with various levels and manage issues professionally.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • An inquisitive nature, with proactive attitude and positive motivation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language proficiency certification is desirable.
  • Proven experience in active participation on translation and localization projects, particularly in the financial industry.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles, automation, and machine translation.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and VBA Macro is an advantage.
