Job Description

As a seasoned Real Estate Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of CRE projects. This entails managing cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will enable you to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. They will be adept at problem-solving, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within real estate or capital projects.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
