Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable and B2C revenue departments.

  • Lead the end-to-end AR/O2C Process, including vendor payments, collections, and reconciliation activities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns professionally.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective credit and collections policies.
  • Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports and developing strategies to minimize bad debt.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
  • Publish dashboards for Management, including ageing reports and cash flows.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of work experience in the Travel Industry or B2B setup.
  • Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Big4 experience preferred.
