Job Overview

The role of a System Architect is pivotal in driving the technical authority of architecture design, pre and post-sales support of small to midsize offers across multiple segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and governance, including risk assessments and GAP analysis for Integrated solutions supporting Local System Architects and Solution Architects, Sales teams, and CPP process.
  • Ensure technical governance and authority for all SMB opportunities.
  • Develop secure, standardized reference architectures that are repeatable and scalable.
  • Design, develop, and customize user interfaces according to customer requirements.
  • Develop, write, and manage SMB documents, including function design specifications, FAT, and SAT test documents.
  • Provide technical presales support and product/solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (architects, engineers, developers, IT specialists) to manage and coordinate SMB offers from conception through delivery.
  • Develop and validate designs and specifications for large-scale deployments.
  • Write standardization documentation and templates for the solution.
  • Assist in creating technical notes, lessons learned, white papers, prescription, and specification documents, making them globally available.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong foundational knowledge of OT and IT system infrastructures and architectures.
  • Technical background in cloud SaaS offers implementation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its relevant build, deployment, automation, network.
