US Mortgage Operations Specialist

This role involves engaging with back-end operations of US Mortgage domain. As part of this team, you will be responsible for various tasks that require strong communication and analytical skills.
To excel in this position, you must have a solid understanding of procedures and processes, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that all operational activities align with procedural requirements.
You will also need to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity while delivering quality results.
We are looking for candidates who possess exceptional critical thinking ability, can work efficiently under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in knowledge transfer sessions
- Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements (e.g., document review, indexing, etc.)
- Achieve/exceed KPIs (productivity, quality, etc.) as defined
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
- Arts and Science graduates
- Excellent command of the English language (fluency in spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Willingness to work in US shift time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM)
