Job Title: Process and Policy Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process and Policy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various liabilities and payment products as per regulators like RBI/Internal Audit Teams/NPCI.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of RBI processes and policies, audit parameters, AML guidelines, and fraud management. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple product teams and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation and adherence of all compliance-related items and assist in external and internal audits.
  • Responsible for strengthening systems, control, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaise with different departments and ensure all RBI-related circulars are strictly adhered to.
  • Responsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes, including reporting to RBI/AML/CPU Teams.
  • Determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches/Customer/Products.
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration, and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Build synergies and efficiencies through customer-centric processes.
  • Interact and coordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines.
  • Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies and processes.
  • Identify duplicate, redundant, and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of the front-line staff.

Requirements:

Education - Preferable MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college.

Work Experience - Prior experience in setting up policies and processes for Liabilities Products will be an added advantage.
