Logistics Planner

We are seeking a skilled logistics planner to oversee the planning, management, and execution of all order fulfillment activities.

This role requires a strong understanding of production planning, order management, inventory management, and logistics processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the production, engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The job involves managing and updating the production build plan daily, validating and verifying slotting tool and build plan weekly, approving all open and new orders, creating and managing tool and option orders in the system.

Key responsibilities also include managing shortages and material expediting, daily tool configuration changes and updates, working with the shipping department to ensure proper packing and shipment of orders.

Additionally, the role involves managing outsourcing supply planning and forecast, purchase order management, and troubleshooting invoice and material receipt issues.

The ideal candidate will have four-year degree and two to five years prior work experience in production Planning & order fulfilment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
