Job Title:

Sales and Marketing Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in pharma sales and marketing is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BCOM, BSC or MSC in Organic Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent experience in chemical engineering and marketing.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Visit client locations for new orders or issue resolution purposes, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients after discussing with seniors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Take follow-up action with clients for new orders and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining open communication channels.
