Job Description

We are seeking an experienced marketer to drive customer engagement and conversions for our digital storefront. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven insights, customer-centric approaches, and strategic thinking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning customer engagement metrics, analyzing and reporting them on a regular cadence to inform business decisions and optimize engagement strategies.

This role requires the ability to design and execute a customer-driven storefront roadmap to increase engagement and conversions through personalization, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Engagement: Analyze and report on customer engagement metrics to inform business decisions and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Plan for Success: Design and execute a customer-driven storefront roadmap to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize for Conversions: Run experiments to fine-tune storefront placements, optimizing conversions while maintaining engagement levels.
  • Influence Product: Collaborate with product teams to drive performance and ensure that all rollouts contribute to incremental conversion without harming engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional teams to provide visibility for entertainment content and prioritize levers to drive engagement.
  • Raise Visibility: Present Quarterly Performance Reviews and Annual Roadmaps to raise the profile of Storefront Marketing.
  • Drive Entertainment Hub: Strengthen the offering to customers by leveraging business lines and driving engagement across TVOD, Prime Video content, and add-ons.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
