Job Overview:

A highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with a proven track record in Cypress and JavaScript is sought after to drive our team's success at Persistent Systems. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role or as a senior member of a QA team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate testing with Cypress (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools for end-to-end testing of web applications.
  • Utilize bug tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar systems for defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.
  • Work within Agile development teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role or as a senior member of a QA team.
  • Strong experience in automated testing with Cypress (preferred), Selenium, or similar tools for end-to-end testing of web applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools to automate testing workflows and integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
