As a critical analytical role in the Finance Center of Excellence, you will work closely with senior finance leadership to drive strategic business decisions. The position involves creating and maintaining complex financial models, analyzing large datasets, and communicating actionable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management Reporting and Financial Close Activities: Produce recurring and ad hoc management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Business Analysis: Provide insightful data analysis to solve problems, using deep understanding of objectives, issues, and root causes.
  • Operating Planning and Forecasting: Support management in creating an annual operating plan, performing forecasting, and developing strategies for growth and margin improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in FP&A, advanced knowledge of financial statements, and expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. They must also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements
  • Post-graduation: MBA (Finance) or CA.
  • Graduation: B.Com or B.E./B.Tech.
