Business Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Leader to spearhead process improvement initiatives and drive digital innovation within our organization.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for new initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending evidence-based changes.
  • Assess and prioritize potential improvement opportunities, evaluating their impact on risk, customer satisfaction, and error reduction.
  • Analyze data to inform key business decisions, utilizing insights to drive meaningful change.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, conduct root cause analyses, and deploy effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for digital intervention to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including stakeholder engagement, timelines, and budgeting.
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements, such as Lean Six Sigma initiatives or process mapping exercises.
  • Oversee the execution of transformation initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.
  • Communicate transformation outcomes to stakeholders, highlighting business impact and value delivered.

Strong understanding of scenario-based implementation of AI, ML tools, and data analytics is required.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Value delivered through projects across Operations, Digital, and Technology.
  • Automation identification and deployment in collaboration with Digital and Technology teams.
  • Project Management and Process Improvement expertise.
  • Facilitating change and idea generation.
  • Working collaboratively with Digital, Tech, CX, and Automation teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Desirable experience in business transformation and change management.
  • Good understanding of Generative AI, Predictive ML, and Data Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup.
