Digital Product Strategy Executive

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to oversee the development and launch of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product strategy, development processes, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, define product requirements, and develop detailed specifications.
- Lead the development process, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scalability of products.
- Conduct regular progress assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong technical expertise, with a focus on software development, architecture, and engineering practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
