About the Role:

This critical role involves ensuring high-availability, scalability, and performance of business-critical systems. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to build, maintain infrastructure, improve system reliability and automate processes whenever possible.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Monitoring & Alerting: Develop and implement monitoring tools and dashboards for system health, performance, and capacity planning.
  2. Automation: Build automation scripts for repetitive tasks such as deployments, scaling, and maintenance to minimize manual intervention.
  3. Incident Management: Respond to incidents, lead post-incident analysis, and drive efforts to prevent recurrences through detailed root cause analysis.
  4. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in infrastructure, databases, applications, and networking.
  5. System Design & Architecture: Collaborate with development teams to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and optimized systems for performance and cost.
  6. CICD Pipelines: Develop and maintain CICD pipelines to automate deployments and enhance delivery cycles.
  7. Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure fast system recovery.
  8. Capacity Planning: Monitor and forecast resource utilization and implement cost-effective scaling strategies.
  9. Security & Compliance: Ensure that all systems meet or exceed security and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-6 years in a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or Infrastructure role.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Python, NodeJS, Bash, etc.)
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex systems, diagnose issues, and drive improvements.
  • Technical Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Strong analytic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential for this position.
