Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

We are seeking an accomplished FP&A professional to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving business decisions through insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.

This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can build, maintain, and improve complex financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.

  • Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to analyze business performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a Private Equity held company or other high growth company.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/reporting tools a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into insights for non-finance stakeholders.
