Job Title: SAP SF Solution Architect

As a SAP SF Solution Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their needs and objectives, designing end-to-end SAP HXM solutions, and developing solution architectures. Your in-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points will be essential in providing guidance and recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects.
  • Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Sound industry experience of 8-10 years including at least 5 or more end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations in multiple modules.
  • Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable.
