Job Opportunity: Performance Engineer

 

Performance Test Strategy and Execution

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Tester to design and implement performance load stress endurance spike and volume tests using tools like JMeter LoadRunner Neoload and Gatling.

System Monitoring and Troubleshooting

The successful candidate will monitor system metrics perform root cause analysis using tools such as AppDynamics Dynatrace and Solaris Monitoring Templates and configure test environments.

Automation and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

Proficiency in scripting languages Java Python Shell is required to develop automated performance test scripts integrate them into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Git Bitbucket and Maven.

Collaboration and Reporting

The Performance Tester will work closely with developers architects and business analysts to clarify specifications identify risks and align on performance goals. They will also conduct indepth analysis of test results document findings and present performance reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience with databases Oracle SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL is necessary. Familiarity with automation tools Selenium Tosca JUnit Cucumber is also required. A strong understanding of performance testing types Component Load Endurance Stress Spike Volume and Failover testing is essential.

Additional Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
