Job Title: Senior Manager/Chief Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager/Chief Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing solutions to clients based on their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent socializing and relation-building skills, as well as strong analytical and logical abilities. They will also possess excellent communication and listening skills, able to explain complex information clearly and simply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and provide solutions to clients based on their financial goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct regular follow-up with leads, ensuring timely and efficient progression through the sales process.
  3. Increase client base by meeting new clients, taking references from existing investors, and building Asset Under Management (AUM).
  4. Initiate portfolio reviews of existing investors in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with changing market trends.
  5. Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors, keeping them updated on primary and secondary market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, and Investment Advisory.
  • Possession of requisite certifications is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to all wealth instruments, including insurance, fixed deposits, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, etc.
  • A proven track record of AUM generation.
