Key Responsibilities:

Deliver complex models and address business problems by applying expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning.

Enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences using these techniques.

Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.

Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements:

Machine Learning Expertise:

3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments.

Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).

Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.

Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus.

Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
