Job Title: Branding and Strategy Manager

Essvee Consultant is seeking a highly skilled Branding and Strategy Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote our services to the target audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather branding insights.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and use this information in marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative concepts and compelling communication materials.
  • Manage content production and distribution across various channels, including social media and digital marketing.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure campaigns are executed within allocated budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Branding and Communication or a related field.
  • Diploma in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in the medical and healthcare industry.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Leadership skills and ability to take charge.
  • Excellent research skills.
