Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our team, specializing in Power Automate and intelligent automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows (automated, instant, scheduled, desktop).
  • Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Develop and support Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows for RPA scenarios.
  • Work on end-to-end automation solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand automation opportunities.
  • Maintain documentation for solutions, best practices, and reusable components.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Power Platform best practices.
  • Occasionally work with Automation Anywhere bots for specific automation use cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of overall development experience, with 2+ years in Power Automate.

- Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI basics).

Hands-on experience with:

  • Power Automate Cloud Flows.
  • Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
  • SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook integrations.
  • Familiarity with Automation Anywhere (basic development, bot deployment, troubleshooting).
  • Knowledge of API integration, JSON, and dynamic content handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
