We're looking for a skilled Flutter Engineer who can turn ideas into shipped products. The ideal candidate will work directly with our leadership, making core product and technical decisions that define our future direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale our Flutter app on iOS and Android platforms
  • Owning backend integrations with cloud-based services like Supabase and Firebase
  • Designing and crafting beautiful, fast, reliable UIs that deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Optimizing performance across devices to ensure seamless interactions
  • Shaping product direction and engineering culture alongside senior leadership

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Flutter and Dart programming languages
  • Proven ability to ship mobile apps end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based services like Supabase and Firebase
  • Strong product sense with sharp UI/UX instincts
  • Startup mindset: move fast, own outcomes, solve problems creatively

Bonus Points:

  • Setting up Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Flutter apps
  • Experience with analytics, crash reporting, or push notifications to enhance user engagement
  • Early-stage startup experience with high growth potential
