Job Opportunity: Game Economy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Game Economy Specialist to create engaging and enriching gaming experiences for players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative economy models that enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create and balance currencies, progression curves, reward structures, and monetization systems to optimize player experience.
  • Use data modeling and player segmentation to forecast behavioral trends and evaluate the impact of new features.
  • Iterate on game economy design based on KPI analysis to enhance player satisfaction and performance.
  • Plan and design economy-driven live events that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Conduct and analyze A/B tests for pricing strategies, rewards, and progression tuning to optimize key KPIs related to monetization, engagement, and retention.
  • Prepare detailed economy specifications, balancing sheets, and documentation for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to ensure seamless implementation of economy designs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in game economy design, preferably in Social Casino games.
  • Deep understanding of free-to-play economy design, monetization strategies, and player psychology.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other statistical tools for analytical modeling.
  • Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and analysts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry.
  • Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
