About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the position of Entity Management Specialist.

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup and maintenance of comprehensive reference data across multiple platforms. This includes managing entities for our Alternatives business, as well as ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data between all platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify discrepancies. You will also be expected to develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation, as well as mentor junior team members on complex entity management issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage entities for the Alternatives business, including Luxembourg (Lux) entities in Diligent platform.
  2. Set up and maintain comprehensive reference data across multiple platforms, such as Diligent, App 2, eFront, and PE AUM Portal.
  3. Perform ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities in Diligent platform as required.
  4. Support larger-scale data cleanup initiatives in Diligent as directed by enablement stories.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
  • Knowledge of data reconciliation best practices.
  • Previous experience in fund accounting or administration.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
