Reliable System Expert

This is a challenging role that requires a high degree of technical expertise, strategic thinking and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems including system administration, security and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in setting up alerts, dashboards and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS and Load Balancing protocols.

You will also be experienced with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus and Loki as well as strong incident response and troubleshooting techniques. Conducting root cause investigations and being proficient in automating tasks are essential skills for this role.

Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Devops Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform as well as excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams.

Able to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues, document processes and convey technical concepts clearly is required.
