Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry, a passion for digital transformation, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors to secure PMC contracts.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to prepare and present tailored proposals that showcase our digital-first approach.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed revenue and client acquisition targets, contributing to the overall growth of the PMC division.
  • Partnership Building: Establish alliances with contractors, architects, and consultants to expand our project pipeline.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with our digital solutions and services.
  • Digital Advocacy: Promote the benefits of our digital-first approach, positioning us as a leader in technology-driven PMC solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the PMC or construction management industry.
  • Strong understanding of BIM, digital tools, and construction workflows.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
